This is the sixth book of Terry Spear’s Heart of the Wolf series. As far as this series goes, there are ups and downs. There are books that I find it hard to read. Mainly because of the plot twist that makes my headache. But in this book, it was different…
Who would have thought a simple virus would be the main dilemma in this book?
I liked how this was plotted, and how it ended. We even get too see how the lives of wolves in Silver Town fared after book two.
For those who have not read Destiny of the Wolf; Carol Wood was a human that was bitten by Lelandi’s former pack members. Prior to that, she posses a innate psychic abilities that enable her to “see” into the future. Her pairing with Ryan McKinley was really out of the blue, which made me interested reading it.
Chester Ryan McKinley, a P.I, mayor and the pack leader of Green Valley, helped Darien Silver during book two. It was never hinted that they would be a pair later on, which made this book worth reading.
In the end, everything work perfectly. The visions Carol got in near the end of the book is worth reading the whole series. Who will be mated next with the Silver Brothers? What about Sliva and Sam? If you are in to reading series, those are they types of question that will make you read the whole series.
But for now…I will read the seventh book.
